A company who published a negative review on Yelp was sued for defamation and forced to remove the review.
The court also held that Yelp, which was not even included as a party to the suit is also obligated to remove the content.
Yelp appealed, claiming that it had constitutional rights as a content provided and could not be forced to remove the content as a non-party to the suit, however the court rejected Yelps’ arguments.
