Apple Patent Lawsuit Overturned by Appeals Court | News | NetLaw
A patent infringement lawsuit filed against Apple by a company named Smartflash was overturned by an appeals court.

The judges ruled that the patents registered by Smartflash were too abstract and should not have been protected by US patent laws.
