9.                The NetLaw website, including any component, application, interface and the provided information ("the components"), are the sole property of NetLaw and its owners, Except for components belonging to third parties.

10.                Copying, reproduction, photographing, recording or distributing in any other way, of any materials or components contained in NetLaw, in whole or in part, or in any medium or form, is prohibited without express permission, unless done according to the fair use doctrine.

11.                In any case where contents in NetLaw infringe property rights or copyrights or any other rights, including the right to privacy, a notification of the claimed infringement should be sent to following address: comments@netlaw.co.il. NetLaw will check each claim and will permanently remove any information that will be found as infringing.

12.                These terms of use include all the agreed upon between the user and NetLaw, including all understandings, agreements, obligations and conditions.

13.                Any consent on behalf of NetLaw, which does not consist with these terms of use, will not be form a precedent in any other case or matter.

14.                A single avoidance of one of NetLaw's rights, according to these terms of use, will not be considered a concession of that right in that matter or any other one.

15.                Any change, completion or correction to these terms of use, shall have a legal relevance only if it was done by NetLaw.

16.                The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tel-Aviv authorized court according to the Israeli legal system only.

17.                NetLaw does not automatically collect any personally identifiable information about the user, nor does it use "cookies". However, if the user provides any kind of personal information, this information shall be kept or published only for the purpose it was provided for.
